Flagship Soundwave Auto-Converting Robot

Soundwave was packaged well and in great condition. The robot worked well as expected. The only issue I noticed is robots poor reception of voice commands. I had to get close to the robot's mic for it to respond to my voice commands. Overall, I'm satisfied with all 0f its features and performance and would recommend it to other transformer fans .

Pre-ordered in December and received the product in June meanhwile there were tons of people all over the internet with their product for months. As for the product itself, compared to the others it was lacking in all ways. The back of the “cassette player” version was abismal, lacked any type of transformation appeal. When in robot form the movement was sluggish compared to the others and lastly (yes I grew up watching the cartoon so I understand his voice has that metalic sound) the voice was barely comprehendable. As someone who owns all of the Robosen transformers, and this being the latest to be made, I was highly dissappointed with the quality. Of the 5 I would say that Grimlock is the best designed while Optimus and Megatron are probably the greatest overall. Bumblebee is no slacker either, just a little less “flashy” than the leaders. Soundwave was a major let down.

My soundwave was missing his blaster and when i contacted robosen they said they would replace it however the tracking number they provided is false and fake. I have spent over 10k on robosen products and i think im done.
