Really good stuff! Just cook it adequately and you will be enjoying pasta again. Tastes good and lets me enjoy pasta again without carb overload.

It’s rubbery. Makes a weird sound on my teeth when I chew it. I tasted it at tge 15 minute cooking mark, 20 minute cooking mark, and finally 25 minutes. Still, the same.
