Not bad but if you go from the IR light to red light with the light on you have a chance to turn the red light into a black light..... that could be useful I guess. Works well, besides red doing its own thing on mine, and comes with a few different mounting options so that was helpful. Drop resistant and light wight and it appears to be water tight, mine still works after being in the rain for hours.
