Good pair of speakers/headphones

Originally. I loved the Torus!! However, after less than a year, one of the ear buds lost base. It was covered by the warranty so Avantree replaced it with no problems. The new unit did not have the voice prompts like the original pair. I liked that it would tell you the power was on and when the power was off, now no prompt to tell if power was off (minor but inconvenient). The replacement worked for several months but now the power button would work intermittently and I had to toggle it many times to get it to turn off or on. They replaced it again under warranty and I'm waiting for the new replacement to arrive. I want to point out that these sound great and the customer support is fantastic! I would have bought another similar pair from another company but I love the sound, convenience, and the customer support is great. I just hope this one will last more than a year!! Please improve your hardware!!

It works great. But do have one suggestion. Make the unit with separate volume controls. Have more hearing loss on left ear than the right. One other thing frequency control would also be a great help. I really appreciate this new speaker system.
