Granddaughter loves the journals

My almost 8 year old grand daughter recently took her journal to urgent care with her. As she couldn’t do watercolors, she picked colored pencils to match the finished picture and colored while waiting for the doctor to come in. Kept her busy and engaged.

I bought this for my homeschooled ten year old daughter and she loves it! The nutcracker theme was so fun and I like how it shows you an example on one side with instructions, and you paint the other.

Great watercolor book idea!

I have had 3 different groups paint with the watercolor books! We tore out the page and if it had someone’s instructions on the back, we just had them take a picture with their phone of the instructions. What is great about this is that anybody can do it and it’s not a long project. It’s easy to learn and the tips are great!! I also ordered acrylic frames with a magnet to put the paintings in for all the painters! It was a wonderful craft and gift for everybody to make.!
