My order was missing the clochet and key. I am waiting for a replacement to be sent. It still has not been shipped according to the tracking site I was sent through customer service. It’s been several weeks. I would have given a five star review if I had received the bag with all the parts.

The bag is looking like in the shop only the coloure is not for me . The shop assistance customer service is ecellent.

The updates on shipping were helpful. I anticipated more of a snow white bag than a yellow cream color. This was misleading.
