Fiber

I love all the vitamins that they provide, however, the shipping and the subscription services are absolutely trash. The subscription either is not available or they forget to send something. And why is my card charged 3 to 4 days before you even ship anything? I honestly have to order in stock up because the logistics are terrible.

This product is helping meet my fiber intake and i can tell its working. Glad I added this as i feel it contributes to my overall gut health.

So So far everything is going well. I probably have to wait until my second or third month that I’ve been taking the vitamins to see or feel a difference.
