Assassin Snail

I was excited to find this place. Its really close to my house and has different stuff than my local place. 6 out of 8 snails survived. 2 died in shipping as they havent moved since being out in the tank over a week now. The shipping package only worked because i live so close to this place. It took about 12 hours to ship to me and the package was room temp when i opened it. Box is insulted. It had 2 nice ice packs, but something clearly didnt work. Neither ice pack felt cold to touch. Not even where the packs sat on top of each other. Im guessing the ice packs where never frooze and the shipper used old ones.

packaged and arrived in great condition. It's a baby but is doing very well and most of the pond snails are gone. Great company!
