Matcha Bubble Tea Scrub

Delivery missing product

My order #157877 was a Matcha Clean Duo, with a Matcha Bubble Tea Scrub + Matcha Tea Pads, but they only delivered the Matcha Bubble Tea. I have already tried contacting through the chat but was never assisted. In this way, my experience was not complete, and I dare say it was disappointing. I am from Brazil, and I make online purchases with delivery to my forwarding service, which when opening the box did not notice the error, and recorded in the system what was received. I do not see that they are acting in bad faith, for this reason I understand that the quality control in the order shipping was the responsibility of TIRTIR.

Excellent product! It leaves skin clean and soft. I used it for the first time and loved the result given by the product. I highly recommend it and will buy more when I run out of this one.
