ive been using these for almost a week and can genuinely say i havent slept this well in a VERY long time. i dont feel sluggish and disoriented when i wake up, which was my biggest concern/issue with sleep aids in the past. im a very heavy sleeper with an inconsistent work/sleep schedule, but i can still get up for my alarms after taking them. talk about a life changing product! lauren, you nailed this one, girl!!!
