Backvac Duffle Bag

Buyer beware, don’t waste your money on this duffel bag. For more than $120 plus tax and shipping, the quality is extremely disappointing. The zippers look cheap, threads are hanging, and the pleather looks and feels cheap and low quality. Although it is advertised as waterproof, the overall construction feels flimsy, and I would not trust the handles or shoulder strap to support the weight of a fully packed bag. Their backpacks may be better, but duffel bags are clearly not this company’s strength. Now I’m stuck trying to resell an overpriced, poorly made bag just to recover some of my money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, this duffel is a definite no, I won’t even dare take it with me on a trip as traveling is already stressful and I don’t want this added stress of a poorly constructed bag.

I appreciated the attentiveness of customer support throughout my purchase. I love how much fits inside this duffle. I was able to use this for over a week long trip fitting well over the weeks worth of clothes. My favorite purchase yet from the company.

It becomes extremely heavy when packed, obviously and is hard to carry. The black support wheels thing does not work very well. I was very disappointed with this purchase.
