RV Tilt Mount Brackets

I ordered 2 panel sets, for a total of 4 panels. The order was also supposed to include 2 set of brackets, 1 bracket for each panel set. (This was the special on their website. Before placing the order, I confirmed with the company that the panels and brackets would all be included together. However, when I received the order, only 1 of the 2 brackets were provided. After waiting 2 weeks, I contacted the company and learned the remaining 1 brackets were out of stock. The 5% refund they offered did not cover the cost of the missing brackets. I was disappointed the full order was not fulfilled as promised. The partial refund was insufficient to buy another bracket elsewhere. This did not resolve the issue. For future orders, I recommend the company improve their inventory management and communication around missing items. Thank you
