Really like the bike. The frame feels solid (I'm 6'2", 250 lbs). Like the ability to switch between torque and cadence sensor while riding.
When I accidentally cracked the LCD screen, the Susanna and the customer support team worked with me to get a replacement. Just charged for shipping, not full cost of screen. They were very responsive and professional.
