Nixtamal Bundle

I love, love my salsa macha! I literally put it on EVERYTHING! I started mixing it with cottage cheese and it’s my new favorite dip! Matriarca takes me back to my roots of simple ingredients but oh so much flavor!

I will never buy store bought tortillas again! I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to make these tortillas - they literally brought me joy. Such a simple staple. I have made them 2x now - delicious with a little guacamole and salsa macha. xoxo

As soon as I opened the bag of Nixtamal, I was already so satisfied with the aroma. The Nixtamal was so easy to work with. Yo no soy la mejor para hacer tortillas. Pero this was the first time in my tortilla making lifetime that I am able to make great tortillas that puff up. I want to give my family wholesome food and this is it. I loved the taste and I will continue to buy it.
