I ordered on a Thursday and got it in the mail on Tuesday wow! Shipping was so fast! One of the stones did not look fully in place so I emailed customer service that Tuesday and on the Thursday of the same WEEK I got a new one!!! Wowza! That is fast and excellent customer service ladies!!! Everytime i would email them they would answer back so promptly! This is only my 2nd purchase but you have gotten yourself a loyal customer with the kindness and speedy customer service! Sometimes I do not like to order online because ypu just dont know how long exchanges will take but rest assured ladies that this company does not play around! I will tell everyone where my beautiful cuff is from...thank you so much for the quality customer service! 10 🌟!!!
