When I read grapefruit I thought pocari sweat It’s unfortunately not that flavor - this tastes exactly like a real grapefruit I actually accidentally got some on a savory dish, and it’s a delicious seasoning salt, you have to try it Will try other drink flavors next

I thought the passion fruit lime was delicious but this is even better. So refreshing, I need 10 more cans to get me through pregnancy I think.

Helps hydration levels during breastfeeding

The flavour took some getting used to because stevia is in everything we consume nowadays. Our taste buds almost need to readjust to what real flavours taste like. I also purchased the passion fruit and like them both. I am exclusively breastfeeding and Sport Drink has helped immensely. I put 1 TBSP into a 24 oz water bottle and sip on it throughout the day.
