Class Apart with backstrap

Inconsistent Strand length causing pain& wound on my ties

So ine of the sandals feels so much tighter. On looking at the way it was made the left leg sandal strand is definitely shorter than the right handle. For such a price, how did this inconsistency go un- noticed. Could I please have the strands adjusted? I can barely wear the sandals.
