I got my second order of this cheese. It was a four pack variety flavor. I froze the ones I wasn't going to use right away. I made pizza, and used the pesto flavor. Holy moly it was good! I also put some of it in my scrambled eggs. It is beyond fresh, and now I'm finding ways to use their cheeses.
