I had high hopes based on previous reviews from some of their products. The bag has good appeal. The design is practical and it's made of a novel material that I hope is as durable as other alternatives. The disappointed comes from the low quality of the hardware. The clasp at the top came damaged and it swings open if the inside have just a bit of volume and weight. Especially when carrying it by the top handle. This is my first week of full use, and both of the screws holding the top clamshell attached have loosened and fallen out. No doubt from the damage of an unstable and unsecured lock clasp at the top. There are some other smaller missed details that I would not have expected from this brand or price point. Like loose threads. Poking red threads from the lining through the outside on the boning, as well as a poorly sewn/crocked inside panel. Took long to arrive. And customer service is r sponsive but unhelpful. Disappointed

I can not wait to use this bag next month when I travel! It is exquisite and beautiful! So many pockets and side zippers and secret compartments! The deep red lining is gorgeous. I am wondering if it will be heavy once I fill it so we’ll see but im sure it will be worth it. Absolutely love this bag!

The Lebobo went above and beyond my expectations for the bag. The quality and functionality of the product were outstanding.
