Charms fell off and they told me it was user error and to pay 6$ per replacement nail plus shipping

The nails are beautiful. Shipping was prompt and quick. High quality nails and the charms are very secure. They are a bit long for a medium length, but if you are okay with that then these won’t be a problem.

Beautiful, stunning, gorgeous! I always get compliments on my nails with these and best of all they are reusable and reasonably priced! Definitely will collect more! I would say that with these I would cure them with a UV light if you have one at home to be extra safe the designs stay in place. Sometimes the thicker parts of the designs (like the flower and petals on my thumb and pointer finger for the Sunset blooms set) are not fully cured and are sticky because they are not “dry”. I had to remove my set midday and cure them 10-15min with my black light at home. The flowers were a little misshapen at that point since I noticed late. I will extra cure any sets I get henceforth.
