Compact Bum Bag

Awesome bag, questionable customer service.

I preordered the bum bag when it came out in the tan color, after receiving the package and opening it up I discovered the bag to be damaged as it arrived to me. There is an indentation on the leather on the front of the bag, it looks as though it may have been poked during transport. After emailing Harber London and then sending pictures as they requested, they really didn’t offer me much. I asked if I could receive the bag in another color at a discounted price to which they agreed but only offered me the same 15% discount from the early bird special which they also happened to be doing a Father’s Day special for 15% so really I got nothing from them just applied the discount which was active for anyone. But if the bag arrives well then the product if awesome. I’m hoping Harber London will recognize this isn’t the customer service we expect from a brand charging a premium.
