The Shakes are delicious. Easy to prepare. The Shaker bottle is easy to use, however I do have trouble sometimes opening the flap. The "spring" component helps to mix the powder evenly and after 30 secs of robust shaking, the shake is frothy with no lumps. The flavours are true to taste. I am very happy.

The 2 meal shake replacements are very convenient to use and keep me feeling satisfied until dinner.
I’m finding the meal and exercise tracker easy yo use.

Enjoying the shakes and find them very filling; no problems looking for snacks in between meals but I do have my veggies and fruit as indicated in the menu
