The Cloud Layer

This wasnt as clould like as I imagined it was going to be. I will be washing and drying it to see if that improves the texture a bit more. I think getting the comforter first mislead me on how plush the topper was going to be. ☺️

I would not recommend doing business with this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. My order took weeks to ship, and when I reached out, I received a lot of apologies but no real resolution. The most frustrating part is that after the delayed shipping issues, they still expected me to pay a restocking fee. That does not feel fair when the delay was on their side. They could have taken accountability or attempted to recall the package before delivery, but instead the customer is left stuck with poor-quality merchandise and additional fees. The product itself was not worth the wait, and the customer service did not make the situation any better. Overall, this felt like a company more focused on keeping the sale than making things right for the customer.

I have the comforter (omg!) the pillow (life changing!) and now the cloud layer! It took a long time to arrive but, my bed is max squish comfortable!! Very happy I got influenced and purchased everything.
