Love this mattress cover. Haven’t slept in my bed for about 2 years because its too firm until i ordered and put it on my bed. Ive bought other mattress covers and still didn’t sleep in my bed. Love love love ❤️

Great product but I had to separate the fill by hand, which took a very long time for a King sized. Once I fluffed the pad it is super comfortable, hopefully I won't have to do that again it was a job!

Terrible customer service. They delivered to somewhere other than my daughters dorm. I contacted them to let them know we looked everywhere and it was not at her dorm and requested a refund sunce I had to go buy her a different mattress topper. Theh stated they wiukd only replace the order not issue a refund which is ridiculous since it was not our fault it was delivered somewhere else. The photo for the delivery definitely looks like a fron porch to a house and nothing like her dorm. Would not recommend this company at all.
