I bought 2 of the Owala free sip Twists. They have been easy to use with my arthritis, especially for un-twisting the cap. Although not big enough for longer hikes, being 24 ounces.

Wonderful addition to my water bottle collection. Easy for me to unscrew, with the arthritis in my hands, while still being leakproof. And my five-year-old grand has no problem unscrewing the lid.

I like this water bottle way more than i expected. I have the other free sips with the button that opens the lid. I wanted a water bottle for actual water (i put soda in my other ones) and i dint realize this had the straw as well. I dont use the straw as much as i do on the other bottles but its still a great feature. I use it when im slightly propoed up in bed and i can drink from it with out it spilling. I like the structure of the hottle so much I ordered another one thats bigger.
