FlexiPro – Pro Cable Puller

The product doesn't match the promotional images or videos; it is made of plastic, small, fragile, and completely useless for any standard fish tape. The head doesn't fit between the rollers, while the rollers are sized for the fish tape's diameter, the tip is too thick to pass through. The bit isn't what was shown in the pictures either; it and the screws are the only metal parts, everything else is plastic and won't last. I do not recommend buying this. Shipping took a long time; the listing claims it is a US product, but that isn't true, it comes from China. I’ve already filed a claim but haven't received a response; they are likely waiting for the month to expire so they can deny the return.

Cheap product. After receiving it i found out i could have ordered the same thing from amazon for 19.99. All plastic construction and does not work on 3 #12 thhn wires without being cut to legnth first. It wont just spool them off the reels.
