My first box arrived damaged because of shipping butafter I provided proof and my order number, they very swiftly sent me a second one completely free, excellent customer service. My second one arrived in perfect condition, I was also able to keep my damaged box too, thank you team!

Took a little longer than I thought to get there but it was completely worth it!! Its super helpful with some of my helmet wigs and wigs that can't be put into wig bags!
