They got two if our meals incorrect this time around. Differences between what we ordered, what arrived, and what was even on the packing slip. The food is good, but a bit confusing order process. They did give us a refund for the two incorrect meals for our next order though.

Missing items, wrong items, 2 tortilla soups in summer? Dry ice was gone. Rep credited my account for errors but we will probably cancle and sacrifice the credit since we would still be paying more than $10 a “meal.” Some of the food was tasty but too high in carbs for us and no way to get around that no mattwr what we chose.

The meals are very good! However, am furious as FedX left my food on top of my mailbox instead of on my porch.. Its 93* outside. So incredibly rude.
