Starter Pullover Jacket Blue

Product sizing was wrong (much smaller thatn described), and the Pokemon badges that are embroibered in the pictures are missing completely (one of the biggest sell points for me). I reached out to the customer service team the day I received the jacket to discuss an exchange or refund, and they haven’t responded. It’s been 2 weeks. Never shopping this brand again.

Received a knock off of the product. Listing states all these elements of the jacket having embroidered patches and lettering and the one i received is printed. Markings and pockets are inaccurate and wrong as well
