A heavy 410 lbs guy and ordered my cloudsole in the thickest available and honestly i was skepticle since Ive had no luck with insoles before. But they actually feel great. They do squish all the way down because of my weight but they feel good and comfortable. I stand/walk about 9 hours daily and have been so for past 2 weeks. I love them. I will be purchasing more when I feel these run out.

Immediately after purchase I realized it never prompted me to choose a size and had a default size (Bad process). I sent them an email immediately about changing the size and asked that they reach back out to confirm receipt of the message. I did this 3 separate times and never heard from them. Horrible customer service and business. Now I have a product I can’t use. So will be returning.

Product is good, but the raise of the sole creates a tight squeak on the upper par of your foot. causing irritation and a uncomfortable feeling while standing or walking for long periods of time
