Disappointed

These are the second pair of Taos shoes I purchased but with. This order I was disappointed in the advertisement the color looks bright and were a patent leather so when I opened the box ready to wear I was not happy emailed company got a response but after initial email haven’t heard back from them I tried to call number in packing slip but was directed to web sight email . All I wanted was some clarification on Color . Still waiting

The fit is a plus the color is absolutely not what was described- should be called burgundy or wine NOT red. Quality is good but Price s way too high for overall shoe

I love the sandals, I own three pairs now. The red is so pretty they are so comfortable and so cool for the summer months.
