When attempting to return product based on their return policy, they would not accept it and refused a full refund. Started out offering 20% and keep a product that does not work. I refused this offer and then they bartered with another offer of 25%. I accepted because they were not going to accept the product back and were not going to honor their own return policy. BUYER BEWARE
