La Romagna Lemon Stringozzi Pasta

This pasta is so yummy with just butter or olive oil. I usually sauté fresh veggies in olive oil and seasonings and then top with grated Parmesan cheese to serve over the pasta. A subtle flavor of lemon adds more than plain pasta.
