K9 Soothe™

Product was ordered August 3rd 2026. I have NEVER received it. On August 24th I called and talked to Don. He took several minutes to tell me how SORRY he was and reassured me that he would send a replacement order to me. I have NOT RECEIVED that order as of today September 15th. Today I called and talked to some Shelia and she offered to give me a Credit. I am sorry my expectations is I should have received this order at least SIX WEEKS AGO.

Stop sending the soothe , I have 3 cans , I have tried to cancel , the spray has done nothing, 2 cans not opened but I have no idea how to send them back. I think I have canceled the soothe several times now but I would not be supprised to get a dozen more of them . PLEASE CANCEL SOOTHE. I am using the dental powder and the immune powder but have only done so for a month so so far no obvious improvement in the back teeth, I'll give it another month if no improvement I will attempt to cancel that as well

The oil was a problem, my dog is a 5lb long haired chihuahua and it looked bad. It really irritated my little girl and I had to stop. For a big short haired dog it might be great. Hair length on a dog makes a difference , I believe. Now I have three bottles that I cannot use.
