Stillwater Button-Up

I wanted to return a shirt. H&W said to donate the shirt and avoid the cost of return postage. They misled me into thinking i would still get a refund. Instead, after I had given the shirt away, they would only refund 20% of the original cost. They would send a new shirt of a different size at a cost of $19.50. I asked for a full refund, but they refused. Beware of this company. Their return policies are designed to confuse the buyer.
