The folks at Nagaba were wonderful. I had to return my order a couple of times to get the size just right but they made it super easy. I love my black Joaquin boots! Perfect for both casual and dress up. Very comfy. And of course, no animals killed for my shoes. Thanks Nagaba team!

I'm in between sizes. The 10 was too small but the 11 is too big. That's unfortunate. The style and construction are excellent! A 10-wide probably would have worked and also, maybe a 10.5. Just sharing the input in case it's useful. Thanks for creating a beautiful vegan product.
