Getting started .............

Am working with the 'Beginners' level of different exercises. Would like to see the instructor explain where your hands and feet should be for a particular exercise other than just doing it. As I'm spending more time trying to figure it out as to doing the exercise. Becoming frustrated with. This would help immensely for a TRUE BEGINNER.

The app sucks. It asks for a rating after EVERY class as does the instructor. I'm not into the workouts. Sometimes I do my own alternative. I ask myself every class "would I pay $10 a day for this"? Hell no. The pricing is so much higher than the value.

I have only had this for a week but I started a program this week and after just 2 sessions with the app, my butt is sore today. So, the movements they have us do in the app are good. She does a good job explaining what to do, when to breathe while exercising, what tools you need, etc. the Flo reformer itself is plastic and made me slightly nervous at first, but I have 0 issues with using the machine. I am a very satisfied customer.
