Pilates App Subscription

I did not realize that the subscription I received with my original order of the equipment would expire after 1 month. I thought I'd get a free year, but I was wrong. I don't mind paying the $98.00 for a 1-year subscription. I just wish I'd noticed how soon the free trial would expire. Anyway, you've been warned.

This is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for something you can find on YouTube for free. I’ll take the blame for probably not reading the fine print well enough and getting sucked into a fee i didnt plan on. But, i will say that its borderline predatory. More transparency re: this would he welcome. It’s things like this that make people wary of online purchases.

Would be nice if you the company had more tranperancy when it comes to the app Subcription. The default choice is- You opt in to the subscription unless you somehow find the “Opt-out” check box, and get charged $52 14 days after purchase for the Monthly charge. Speaking of 14 days later, thats the free trial of the app subscription. Day one starts the day after purchase. They haven’t even shipped out your board and your’e already into your free trial. 7 days it took to receive the board. 7 days into the free trial. I purchased the board as a gift. I gift it 4 days after receiving it. So this person had a 14 day free trial but only received 3 days of that trial. Kind of dumb the way this is set up.
