Pilates App Subscription

I have only had this for a week but I started a program this week and after just 2 sessions with the app, my butt is sore today. So, the movements they have us do in the app are good. She does a good job explaining what to do, when to breathe while exercising, what tools you need, etc. the Flo reformer itself is plastic and made me slightly nervous at first, but I have 0 issues with using the machine. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had extreme difficulty with this. I checked to see if I was going to be charged for this and the app said “no sunscriptions found”. Literally 3 hours later I was charged for the app as my tri had expired. As a “sign of good faith” they would refund $18. Laughable! They did cancel my recurrent renewal for the next year. Gee thanks. So I’m stuck with an app for a year that I won’t use. Buyer beware!

I did not realize that the subscription I received with my original order of the equipment would expire after 1 month. I thought I'd get a free year, but I was wrong. I don't mind paying the $98.00 for a 1-year subscription. I just wish I'd noticed how soon the free trial would expire. Anyway, you've been warned.
