I had been using English muffins for sandwiches but thought I'd try these. They have a very good flavor, I wish you used this in a bread. They do seem to get a bit misshapen in the bags but still able to use them.

Very Good Rolls!
These rolls are very good and are similar to some I liked before going gluten free.They are slightly dry but butter takes care of that. They are flakey and easy to warm up in the microwave. I am excited to be able to eat them.
