Sliced Challah Bread

This is a great gluten free bread. I keep coming back for it because it is closer to real bread than anything I have found elsewhere.

Decent option for sandwiches

Bread takes longer to defrost than what’s suggested on the package. Doesn’t have much flavor and a bit gritty. Although it does not taste like challah bread, it’s certainly a good option for people who are gluten and dairy free

Bread is ALWAYS damaged

My celiac son likes the bread fine, although he prefers the white bread. The reason I'm not giving 4 stars is that quality control seems to have taken a nosedive over the past several months. I always buy 7 loaves of bread at a time, and every order I receive, there are at least 4 and sometimes more loaves that are broken. The shipping boxes are fine, but the loaves are all damaged, with the top crust being broken off. It's like someone kicked them into the box. The only reason I haven't stopped ordering is because choices are limited and my son likes Katz' bread more than others.
