Bought this for my desk at work and told my people that jf they want to take time off they must runn all requests through the magic 9 ball. Presented is as a knock off version of the original. So far it has been a big hit. The first person to try asked and got “hell no” as an answer! Hillarious

The messages are great and the ball looks good, but it’s often VERY difficult to see the messages on the floating answer die — the opaque fluid usually covers the surface of the answer and you have to wiggle it and hold it super level to get it to be visible. It’s a frustrating and ruins the joke if you are handing it to someone who never used it before. It’s definitely not of the same quality as the classic Magic 8 balls of the past. I don’t know if I’d have bought it if it were more expensive, but after owning this version, I wish there was a more premium version that worked well.
