Miso paste.
I enjoy having a mug of this Miso, as soup at 4 oclock, as it's a better 'pick me up' than something sweet. It's made here in Marlborough which is a plus for me. Great taste.

JUST THE BEST
I think this brand is the best. I love it. It's a healthy snack. I put crumbled dried seaweed in it. Yum.
