Great pack for modern rifle systems

Love this pack, finally a pack designed for folding chassis systems. Typical eberlestock quality, I love the thought that has gone into this. From the double clips to keep the bag from moving around the scabbard, and still carrying tripods, to the tag end Velcro retainers. A lot of thought went into this bag, and I love it.

I wish I had this when I was Active

I hated my scabbard for my M24. Was bulky on top of carrying my 72hr.. this would have made it so much more simple easy and painless.

Excellent weapon carry system bag

When I was shopping for a bag, it was between the Skiligear Ghost and the Eberlestock Spectre. I wanted rapid deployment capability and sufficient storage capacity. I chose the Spectre because of the containment and protection of the weapon system. Once I got my hands on the bag, I was impressed. Very well thought out storage and the scabbard has enough real estate to accommodate any of my weapon systems and my full size tripod. This is a huge bonus as my tripod is large and not well suited to strapping to the side of the bag. The scabbard works equally well with folding or fixed stocks. There’s a slick retention strap to secure the rifle, and for my application, the tripod. Access to the rifle storage is via full length zippers on both sides of the bag. This gives you many options for how you go about retrieving the rifle when you get to a location. If you’re looking for a secure weapon carry capable bag, the Spectre is hard to beat.
