We had so much fun creating our oil perfume. The only thing was for a first timer, we were a but confused at the beginning. How it works, would have been better if it was explained thoroughly at the beginning. Also I prefer when someone explain the process rather than just reading it of a booklet. The best part would be the people that you go and experienced it with.

Quality mother daughter time
Such a great time this afternoon making scented candles with my 17 year old. A chill, adult space to be creative and just talk about stuff while creating scents for the candles. Looking forward to going back with friends and family

My friend and I are so happy with our visit to Karigar lane. I love your craft cafe idea, im so excited for you and your business to succeed. I think a few tweeks could be made but so early on from opening its a great business with a big heart . Could the backroom space be named something, like the pink room or the painters room. Being told your being 'put out in the back' isn't very warm. Inviting us to use the coat rack for our bags, I hadn't seen it till half way into our visit. With your space available being so small its going to be hard to encourage mingling. Our booking landed at a very busy time which is beautiful to see but was soo squished. There needs to be a happy place between taking money and walk ins and preserving the experience. We would have done a second craft of perfume but there was no space or equipment. Could there be some QR codes to decorating techniques and guides and ideas. I know you'd like us to just be creative, but if we draw a creative blank and you're all busy, having some tips of what others have done or on your Instagram taking pictures of us and what we've made. Would you consider a uv lamp to speed up drying? A change of mindset if a guest stands up to get something, instead of 'what do you want/need' a more chatty 'how are you getting on whats your next step' A drinks menu in the back room would be handy, and not so many decorations on the table, theres not enough space. Im really wanting to return in 12 months to see how you've grown the business and if theres different crafts and will be keeping my eyes open on Instagram for seasonal crafts. I fully wish you and your team the best that your dream grows and your name is known throughout Auckland for craft and hospitality.
