Learning how to throw javelin. Since you will have to learn how to throw the real implement in competition - this is a great unit to learn with.

Javelin, Shot and Discus

I have yet to throw them but I was instructed to buy them based on company recommendations , Brian Conwell, and my throwing coach. I’m not yet advanced so we started with these items. I do wish I had gotten the offer for the 4 high spin discs for the same price as I paid for my one medium spin disc. I DEFINITELY would have bought the 4!!!! I need practice and competition items but I’m on a tight budget.
