Pleasant taste
Product has a nice taste, not medicine like, which i find with most liquids i purchase. Seems to work better the longer I take it and seems to be helping with night leg cramps.

It took a few days for it to kick in but it works now very nicely and I have a good night sleep throughout the night and very happy with this product. I sure will be buying it again, the taste of the peach iced tea taste pretty good too.

Tastes great. Cannot really tell if it's helped me with my sleep or not. Some nights, i'm able to get to sleep before two a m. And sometimes before three a m. Other than that, i'm just not able to fall asleep. However, i've only been taking it nightly. Eight p m for the last two and a half weeks.
