I am very disappointed with your customer service. When I purchased the stove, I paid for the shipping cost. However, when the stove did not work properly and I requested a return, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping cost as well. I do not think this is fair. The product is defective, yet I am being asked to pay additional shipping fees. This has been a very frustrating experience. Because of this, I am very dissatisfied and will not purchase products from your company again in the future.

This is the second one in 20 + years I have bought. The first was still going, just got grimy from so much use. Best ever.
