BTS VER.4 Light Stick

Never received the producr and i bought two spending $200 on them and on the day I’ve said attempted delivery. I was home all day. I didn’t get a knock. I didn’t even hear a van and I was in the kitchen and dining area all day which is 2 m from the front door so I would’ve heard it and then when I tried to contact them I can’t get through. I’ve tried phone numbers emails and they just are not responding and I’ve asked for a refund and I haven’t even got a response because why am I spending $200 on something I didn’t even receive?

Went to the concert and did not pair. The app kept saying they needed an update in order for them to sync at the concert. Once we arrived at the concert it was informed to all of us that they did not need pairing and that automatically they would sync to the concert, ours didnt sync at all. I honestly think these were counterfeit because the ones sold at the concert looked different than the ones i received and the colors that cycled through were not the same colors as those from the merchandise sticks sold in the stadium.

I ordered 2 of these on july 3rd and just today, August 22nd, they arrived. Honestly i was kinda panicking 'cause the concert is on Friday. Welp anyways im psyched they're here!
