I’ve really been enjoying this pro collagen. I have been adding it to my water bottle every time I go to the gym and I end up drinking more water while I am there.If it’s not a gym day, I also enjoy it with some sparkling mineral water. I’ve read ro give it about 3 months to really notice results and I will continue using this product. I love the ingredients and appreciate the ayurvedic herbs and that it’screates by a local company!
