Prebiotic cleanse

The last few times that I have ordered the prebiotic cleanser the pump didn't work. It's very disappointing when it's a new purchase and not even a refill and the pump is faulty. Maybe ye have changed packaging supplier? I have been buying your products for about 10 years now and love it but it's no good if it won't pump out! Hope ye manage to sort it out. Sorry for the negative feedback but ye might not be aware so better ye know!

A great combo

I am a relatively new convert to Skingredients. This is my 3rd refill and I have seen marked improvements in my skin. The retinol takes a bit of getting used to, but it does work. So I've now ordered the next up in the retinol range. I feel the skin veg & protein serum combination are a must when using the retinol. At least they have been a hit for me. I will contine to use Skingredient products.
