Ridiculously Good
I bought a Chube Conduction to use with a Takeoff kit after getting fed up with other lower performance toolhead and hotend solutions. I have had it installed on my printer (voron 2.4 based design) for about 10 days so far and the performance is out of this world. I have been able to print standard ABS at nearly 80 cubic millimeters a second before my extruder literally cannot push the filament through any faster. This is more than twice the performance of the hotend I was using previously, and if I switched my extruder to 48V, I believe I could go even faster. So far I have run ABS, PLA, ASA-CF and GF, and PET-CF through this hotend and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations with every single material. The absence of a hotend fan has not been a problem even when printing PLA with the chamber door closed, and simplifies toolhead wiring. Absolutely love my Chube Conduction and would recommend it to anyone who is wanting that next level of performance for their machine.

Chube Conduction
What is impressive is that the flow rate is quite high and there is no need for a separate cooling fan. However, there is no 3D printer output speed that can fully utilize this high flow rate. Large diameter nozzles are used in large printers, and large printers are slow anyway, and small diameter nozzles are as fast as 300mm/s to a maximum of 600mm/s. Rapido 2 is stable at about 250mm/s, but Chube will be stable at 600mm/s output with 0.2 layer and 0.4 nozzle. I think that if the melting zone length had been reduced by about 20-30% to make the weight lighter, it would have been optimal by maintaining a fairly good acceleration of about 350-450mm/s. Of course, acceleration of about 30,000 to 35,000 is still possible based on the K3 printer. Actually, all of this is meaningless. The chube hotend is definitely the best and the performance of other parts just needs to be improved.

Best hot end out there!
Amazing piece of engineering and an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Luke's Lab!
